With the RDMS web interface it is possible to perform the following tasks:

• Managing user roles and permissions
• Sharing data within the RUG
• Policy implementation
• Create metadata templates, append metadata to files and folders and extract metadata
• Creating Groups, Team Drives and Projects
• Managing Archiving and Publishing (not yet enabled) workflows

• Access to the RDMS is currently just possible from within the UG network/eduroam.
