RDMS Web Interface

With the RDMS web interface, you can currently perform the following tasks and actions:

• Manage user roles and permissions
• Share data within the UG
• Implement policies
• Create metadata templates
• Append metadata to files and folders
• Extract metadata from files
• Create RDMS Groups, Team Drives, and RDMS Projects

Follow this link to access the web interface. You will see the login page shown below, where you will be able to select the RDMS zone you would like to log into.

Notes:

• The credentials required for accessing the RDMS web interface are your UG email address and your corresponding UG password, NOT your P-number.
• You can currently only access the RDMS from within the UG network, through the UG VPN, or via eduroam.
• In order for you to access the Sensitive Data Zone for the first time, you need to contact rdms-support@rug.nl.
