RDMS Web Interface

You can currently use the RDMS Web interface to perform the following tasks:

• Manage user roles and permissions.
• Share data within the UG.
• Implement policies.
• Create metadata templates.
• Add metadata to files and folders.
• Extract metadata from files.
• Work with RDMS Groups, Team Drives, and RDMS Projects.

Open the RDMS Web interface. On the login page shown below, select the RDMSdata zone that you want to access.

Notes:

• To access the RDMS Web interface, use your UG email address and corresponding UG password, not your P-number.
• You can access the RDMS only from within the UG network, through the UG VPN, or via eduroam.
• To access the Sensitive Data Zone for the first time, contact rdms-support@rug.nl.
