With Linux

There are multiple ways to interact with the RDMS from the Linux OS.

  • You can use WebDAV via your file browser.
  • Or mount the RDMS via iRODS Fuse
  • The complete functionality to the RDMS comes with iCommands on the command line interface (CLI).

Linux Workspace (LWP) and the HPC cluster (Peregrine)

On both platforms iCommands are installed. And on the LWP you can use WebDAV and Fuse.
