3. Launch the VRE

After you have logged in to the VRE and you selected the study, the secured connection to your VDI of the VRE will be set up.

Depending on the settings in your browser there are 2 options:

1) When you select "Skip detection", a small file with configuration settings will be downloaded to your PC.

If you double-click that file, the Citrix workspace application will use the .ica file to set up the connection to your VDI of the VRE.

2) Or after installation of the Citrix Workspace-app the storefront is opened with the VDI for your VRE account.

Click the arrow underneath the VRE Workspace and select Open to start the session. You will also need to double-click the downloaded file. And the Citrix workspace application will use the .ica file to set up the connection to your VRE desktop (VDI).
