Projects and Archiving

A project can be managed by a project manager, a metadata manager or a data manager. The project manager or the data manager manage the access rights to files and folders of the project. A metadata manager can be added to a project to manage the metadata and metadata templates.

It is also possible to create a team drive, or a subfolder from a team drive, and later convert the created drive to a RDMS project. The difference between a team drive and a project is that a team drive does not receive the project guarding metadata tags.

Note that it is at this moment not possible to add external collaborators.
