To achieve this, specific workflows must be initiated. Please note that the Publication workflow is still under development and not yet available * **Creating a Project**: The RDMS Project environment is intended for storing datasets that are planned for publication. Datasets associated with outputs such as articles, posters, book chapters, theses, conference proceedings, or software should be stored here. Creating a project is the first step if you need to generate a data package (Archive) from your dataset. * **Project Participation Request**: Use this workflow to request participation in an existing project. * **Archiving**: Use this workflow once a project is complete and you wish to freeze a dataset by creating a data package. In the RDMS, this is referred to as an Archive. * **Publication**: This workflow follows Archiving and allows the publication of metadata describing your dataset. It is currently under development and not available to users. The figure below shows where to find the Workflow page in the RDMS Web Interface. By clicking the Workflow icon in the sidebar menu, you will open a page displaying all projects to which you have access. These projects serve as the starting point for the Archiving workflow. \\ Under the Projects drop-down menu, you can see all the projects you have created, joined, or requested participation in. By double-clicking on a project, you open the Project view within the Workflow page (see figures below). In this view, you can navigate between two tabs: * The first tab lists the available workflows for that project. * The second tab displays the project status. The Workflow option wheel in the top corner allows you to perform specific actions, provided you have the appropriate permissions. More details on the available actions within each workflow can be found on the corresponding workflow documentation pages \\ \\ Log In
