Ask your administrator if you think this is wrong. {{indexmenu_n>4}} ===== Dashboard ====== The RDMS web interface provides you with a dashboard to quickly verify the status of your Home Drive or a given folder you have access to in the system. **Note:** As the dashboard is being developed, we will add more information on the stats that you can display in it. With the introduction of the quotas on the user's Home Drive and Team Drive(s), the dashboard becomes a handy way of quickly checking how much of the quota is in use, both for file size and for file number. First, access the dashboard by finding its icon in the sidebar menu. By default, the RDMS will display the information on the iRODS zone you are working under. {{ :rdms:webapp:quota_values_dashboard_0.png?direct&900 | }} To see your quota usage for your Home Drive, select "My home info" from the context menu, as shown below. The text at the top will display where the information is gathered from (in this case, your Home Drive), and the text under the header "Quotas" will display your quota usage both in absolute value and in percentage. {{ :rdms:webapp:quota_values_dashboard.png?direct&900 | }} If you want to check the quota usage on a Team Drive you have access to, select "Folder info", then copy and paste the path of your Team Drive into the blue box. Regarding the Home Drive, you will see your quota usage displayed in both absolute values and percentages. {{ :rdms:webapp:quota_values_dashboard_2.png?direct&900 | }} **Note**: The total size in the "iRODS statistics" and the "Quotas" may be different, as the way these two numbers are calculated is different. If they are, the "Quotas" number will determine whether you still have space to upload data or not. Log In
