 +To start, you need to log into the local UFC workstation. For this to work, you need to log in with an account that has admin rights on that machine. Next, find //Remote desktop settings// and open the menu.

 +In the opened settings, make sure that RDP is activated for your UFC machine. This menu also allows you to add other UG users to the list of users that can access the UFC remotely, if you want to. The account activating the RDP function should always have access, but it is never wrong to check before you continue.

 +Once you have activated the RDP and have made sure your account is allowed to access the machine, you can close the window as you have everything set up for starting the remote connection. You can now try to connect from another workstation at home, a private laptop, etc.
