====== Collaboration ======

A VRE must always be initialized by a researcher from the UG. 
Students and members of staff from the UG can use their UG credentials to login to a VRE.

The VRE is connected to SURFconext. The IT cooperation for Universities and higher education (SURF) provides this platform for federated authentication of connected institutions in the Netherlands. This is now a list with 14 institutions, but institutions can be added.
